The online shop allows users to order items from the different product categories using the shopping cart functions provided. Please note that there are different prices for Australian and International customers, accessed by pressing the "Domestic Prices" and "International Prices" buttons on the top of each page. Please ensure you select the correct price before proceeding to the check out.

On proceeding to check out the user is transferred to the SECURE SERVER to encrypt the payment transaction. This transaction is conducted directly with our bank - we never see your credit card details.

Delivery costs will be added to the price on checkout. There is one rate of postage for Australian customers and another for international clients. BoatCraft Pacific boat building kits are an exception, where freight rates are based on three zones within Australia. International customers should enquire first before ordering building kits online.

TERMS OF SALE

This Online Shop is run by Auscraft (ABN 24518 655 461)on behalf of BoatCraft Pacific, with deliveries direct from BoatCraft Pacific in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Consequently, your credit card transaction will show Auscraft as the merchant.

All sales from this online shop are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia. All prices are quoted in $AUS. The contents of all products are subject to change without notice, and the descriptions provided on this site while usually accurate, are intended as a guidance to the contents only. We will gladly exchange damaged goods, but cannot exchange items simply because you change your mind, so please choose carefully. If you need assistance before buying use the help link, below.

Unfortunately, owing to the opportunity for copying, plans cannot be accepted back for refund or exchange.

SECURITY

For your security and peace of mind, all Shop payment transactions are transmitted via a secure server, using the latest encryption techniques. We do not see your credit card details, as these are processed online, directly to our bank via the Online Payment Gateway.

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched by Boatcraft Pacific using the Australian Postal Service. Delivery on non boat building kit items would normally be within 7-10 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery to allow for postal delays.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

All effort is made to ensure the privacy of customer's transactions on our website. No customer names or lists are sold or provided to third parties, (i.e. those not involved with our business). We do not support the collection of email addresses from websites in order to sell them to third parties or to send unsolicited email messages.

THE GST (Australia only)

Australian customers please note that all sales to Australian customers must have the Goods and Services Tax (GST) applied. This will mean that the 10% GST will be added to the price of all items on your order. Please allow for this tax (courtesy of the Australian Government) in your budget.

Acknowledgment of BoatCraft Pacific Online Shop orders is automatically sent by email. We do our best to transmit these email order acknowledgement messages but sometimes experience problems with invalid email addresses. Please check that you have submitted a valid email address when placing an order. We take no responsibility for supplying an order acknowledgement if the supplied email address does not work.
